Cancellation Policy
Swapna Healthcare doesn’t charge any fee for cancellation of Doctor’s appointment or health check-up. Cancellations can be done Online using our website or by calling our support centre at 040-2340 5019.
All the payments should be made to Swapna Healthcare. In case of any issues relating to online payment using a payment gateway from the website the website shall not be liable for any such payments issues. In case the patient doesn’t turn up in time for appointment or health check as already booked, our Guest Relation Executive will coordinate and reschedule / cancel the appointment free of charge.
Refund Policy
The request for refund should be done online using the website only. No telephonic requests are accepted. Swapna Healthcare will take at least 7 to 10 working days to process agreed refunds for payments made online. The refunds made to your credit card or bank account may be subject to deduction of charges as applicable by the banks.
